The flowers provided will come from a pre-selected range in neutral tones (such as white, ivory, beige, cream, soft pinks, muted yellows, and green). Unfortunately, customisation requests cannot be accommodated.
You must ensure you are available to receive the flowers upon delivery and follow the provided care instructions to maintain their freshness. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of flowers if care instructions are not followed.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled online session, we can rebook you for another available date; however, we are unable to resend or replace flowers once they have been dispatched.
For cancellations, sessions must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable.
