Before you contact us regarding an order
that has not been received, we advise you do the following first-

-Look around your delivery area- Including under porches, benches, back doors, around garages, and over garden fence. Couriers try to leave packages in safe location

-Check with members of your household, neighbours, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery on your behalf.

-Delivery companies would normally leave an attempted delivery note.

-During transportation, the flower heads may move around and change shape. It is simple to bend the stems and move the flower heads, so you get the desired look as shown on our website.

We are an ecommerce business and do not have a store front where you can view our products. Our items are handled,
packed, and shipped at our studio. There are no customer service agentsor pickup hours at our studio.

Our designs mimic the form of real flower
arrangements with a modern and contemporary look to most designs. We source our
flowers and materials directly from wholesalersand vendors in the UK, and abroad.

All single stem flowers are not delivered
in a gift pack or box. They are simply wrapped in protective packaging and sent
to you.

You can also purchase silk flower cleaners
from specialist retailers but read instructions carefully to avoid damage and
discolouration. Do not use bleach on any of our products.

The care of foam artificial flowers is
similar to silk flower care. We recommend that every few weeks, brush the
flower petals, leaves and stems with a clean makeup brush or feather duster to
clear away as much dust as possible. Alternatively, use a hairdryer set on low
/cool setting to dislodge trapped dirt and dust. Use only short burst of air to
avoid damage to the petals. Use the dryer's cool-air setting if available; hot
air can melt the glue between the petals and stems.

Do not use bleach on any of our products.

Preserved and dried flowers are fresh flowers that werecut in full bloom and then perfectly preserved using varying
methods of preservation and dyes.

Prolonged the
Shelf Life of your preserved flowers for 6 to 12 months byfollowing the storing
instructions and ensuring the environmental condition is not humid.Preserved
flowers have been known to last for many years in dry and cool conditions.

Please note, in some circumstances we may
not have the exact flowers in an arrangement due to short supply, or we run out.
We reserve the right to replace certain stems with other stems of comparable colour
or value.

We also offer the ability to personalize
your order with add-ons and your own message which is printed in a handwritten
style font for a personal touch.
